Constructing [ SOW-14 ]

The Construction :

• To construct a { Solid Object with 14 faces } , i.e. [ SOW-14 ] , we first construct a { CUBE } :
  • and we mark-off the 12 [ mid-points] on the { 12 sides } of the { cube } , as per the diagram on-the-left , below .

  

  And we join this set of { 12 mid-points } via 24 lines ,

  • as per the diagrma on-the-right , above .

  We then arrive at this { Solid Object with 14 faces } below :

  

  • made-up-of { 6 squares } & { 8 equilateral-triangles } .
